This is a Blooket Plus feature
The Group Plan Reports Dashboard gives admins a detailed view of how teachers in their group are using Blooket. This includes games hosted, student participation, and total questions answered. Follow the steps below to explore and analyze your group’s data.
1. Sign In
Go to blooket.com and sign in using the Admin account associated with your Group Plan.
2. Open the Group Plan Dashboard
From the left-hand navigation menu, click Group Plan.
This will open your Group Plan Dashboard.
By default, the Manage Members tab will be active.
3. Open the Reports Tab
At the top of the dashboard, click the Reports tab.
This will open the Group Reports Dashboard, where you can view monthly activity for all group members.
4. Adjust the Date Range
Reports are displayed month by month by default.
To change the time period:
Click the calendar icon at the top of the screen.
Choose a new month or date range to view activity for that period.
5. Filter Report Data
In the top-right corner of the Reports Dashboard, you can filter results by game type:
All Games (includes both Live and Homework)
Live Games Only
Homework Only
6. Read the Summary Metrics
The top section of the Reports Dashboard displays an overview of your group’s performance, including:
Total Questions Answered
Total Student Participants
Total Games Hosted
Next to these summary boxes, a line chart shows cumulative question activity across all teachers during the selected time period.
7. Explore Detailed Graphs
Below the summary section, you’ll find detailed data visualizations showing:
Games Hosted – broken down by Live and Homework modes.
Student Participants – displayed separately for Live and Homework games.
These visual insights make it easy to identify usage trends and engagement over time.
8. View Individual Teacher Data
At the bottom of the page, you’ll see a data table listing all teachers in your group (or all teachers during the selected time period).
Each row includes:
Teacher’s Username (as shown in Blooket)
Email Address associated with their account
Number of Games Hosted
Total Participants
Total Questions Answered
Clicking any teacher’s row opens a view of the Question Sets they’ve created and made public.
9. Export Functionality (Coming Soon!)
Exporting your reports as a spreadsheet file is coming soon. This feature will allow admins to download more comprehensive, manipulable data for their records or analysis tools.
By using the Group Plan Reports Dashboard, admins can track engagement, measure classroom activity, and gain valuable insights into how teachers and students are using Blooket across the school or district.
